serendipity

We went to the ocean on a boat called the Serendipity. As we got on to the boat we saw a bunch of fish jumping. They were huge. Like 2 feet long. Then Sinh caught a 1 and a half foot long fish. It was huge. Finally we stoped. I couldn’t swim because I had a ear infection. I had to fish instead. There was a fish biting my hook, but I never caught it.

Then the snorklers came back. Then Viên came and threw carrots into the water. Then, two puffer fish came up and ate the carrots. Then we started to fish for the puffer fish. Suddenly, one got hooked on to Sinh’s fishing pole. It got off in the first 10 seconds. Sinh said it was impossible to reel up the puffer fish. Then, Sinh’s friend wasn’t paying attention and a puffer fish bit his hook. Then he felt the tug. He started to reel the fish up. But it let loose. He said it is impossible to catch a puffer fish.

The boat started and me, Viên, and sinh went to the back to fish for huge fish. In the first 7 seconds I caught a 2 footer. It was so hard to catch (and tiring). Then Viên caught a fish. It was only 1 and a half feet long, But it was still a fish. They had to throw Sinh’s fish back in to the water because it was cut up from people using it as bait. Finally, we got parked. Then we walked to our car and drove home. When we got home every body was super tired. Then I wrote This blog post.
