I have an crisis. Some of my friends(Mason and Tim) are turned my friend, Sara, into a laughingstock. We’ve always been really close, so it’s hard to see this happen. Also, if I speak up for Sara, will they laugh at me too? If I don’t will Sara not want to be my friend? I’ve told Mason and Tim that Sara doesn’t want to be made fun of, but they haven’t stopped. Can someone give me advice?
I’ve tried everything: confronting Tim and Mason, telling Sara to speak up, sitting with Sara at a different table, sitting with Tim and Mason at a separate table. No matter what I do, there is the same result; Tim and Mason call Sara names and shame her.
